This is our preferred method of construction and will be used whenever practical. In many projects it will be necessary to mix modular with other types of construction. We also are able to provide modules built in steel where fire codes make wood frame inadvisable.
In cases where modules cannot access a site or dimensions make modular unworkable we will utilize panels. This will also be the primary product used in export development.
A last resort in conventional construction will be pre-cut material. This will at times complement the use of modular and panels in a commercial building. It can also be used in a difficult to access site.
In many commercial projects sections of the project will require steel frame construction including steel modules.
